  Has anybody seen SLIDERS?

     Has anybody seen the new TV show Sliders? If one can overlook the White

     Castle reference, the show sorta reminds me of a funky version of Bill

     & Teds movie but with smart people finding a way to travel through

     different dimensions. I don't know, how many different stories can they

     generate on such a concept? How many times can they go through different

     earth dimensions finding their alternate versions of themselves doing

     saintly or devilish acts? I think it could get boring real quick. I

     would like to see the following themes in future episodes;

     1) The Rebos take over the world!

     2) The Scientologists take over the world...

     3) Disney Inc. takes over the world.

         I got to see Sliders, I did not like it. The problem that I have

         with it is that they are just using the sliding as a plot device.
         The

         characters are people who I could care less about, in other
         realities that

         I could care less about.

         (soap opera music) Will the inverter of the sider device ever get

         home? Will the professor ever has a clue? Will the singer get
         killed?

         Turn in next week for more bad adventures.

         I saw the pilot in a pre-air version on a wild network feed months
         ago.

         I hope it flies!
