     If you're reading this at night on 4/24 - 4/25, go outside NOW! The
     comet

     is clearly visible from Long Island; as of 10 minutes ago it was below
     the

     handle of the big dipper. I'm impressed that it's visible from light-

     polluted Long Island.

         I got a binocular look at it last night.Next cloudless night I'm
         determined

         to lug out my too-little-used Meade 2120.
