Hey Colleen, I didn't know that you were the president of the Gaming Club. How have they been doing? As I have previously said, I have been out of touch since I moved to Albany. Speaking of being out of touch, could somebody brief me about what's been happening lately with the forum. From reading some of the posts, I get the idea that the forum is having a lot of the same problems they had back in my day (Why I remember when.....). We always had conflict between those who wanted the forum to be primarily a libray, and those who saw the forum as a hang-out, video room, gaming palace, whatever. In addition, there was the even bigger problem of getting anyone in the forum to do anything, particularly on a regular basis. I just hope you guys aren't fighting. Also, could somebody update me on what happened last I-Con. I was unable to attend (had to work) but I would like to know how it went. Thanks, -Tony P.S. If the gaming club still exists, can I have some of my old games back? • s******j@**.com 09/05/1996 00:00:000 UTC In article <4mr975$***@d**-********.**.******m.com>, Anthony Matranga wrote: >P.S. I'm happy to hear Colleen is in charge now; she gets things done. I donated games, a computer, and office supplies to the Gaming club when it had that little room in the basement of Central. Between the slothliness of the members, and the . . . . uh . . . hmmm . . . colorful guy in charge, the place self destructed. Lost their room, and reduced everything in their to scrap. That attitude -- have our fun and fuck everything else -- is one of the reasons I can't abide gaming anymore. -- +-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-+ ***@***.com ~ s*****s@a*****.***u.edu ~ s******j@**.com http://www.ini.cmu.edu/~sjones/
