     The "Mars Attacks" collectors cards that inspired the Tim Burton movie

     are on the web:

     They are really grim, and it's neat seeing how closely the movie
     followed

     the actions of the cards.

         Almost forgot. The leader martians are shown watching the
         devastation

         from the comfort of Mars . . . and they are wearing red underware,
         just

         like in the movie.

         What the movie skipped was the horde of magnified insects unleashed
         by

         the martians, and the Earthling counterattack which results in Mars

         totally blowing up.

         So it goes.
