     Just so that nobody hates me, I happen to think that the 4m is on the up

     and up. I just add suggestions; NOT criticism. I admire the dedication
     of

     the 4m officers. It takes balls. And if all I have is comments, remember

     this; if the 4m was in bad shape, I WOULD criticise (sp.?). Congrats

     on a growing 4m. Let's nail those freshmen when they come in starry-eyed

     and open-minded. |=>
