ALT.SF4M Voyager 9/18/97 • g*****x@***.com 19/09/1997 00:00:000 UTC (Really just an excuse to see how AOL presents an alternate screen name posting). Feh. Not bad. As for the Borg babe, I have to say: I miss Kes! Really, she is just Too Beaucoup - although with a certain exotic appeal in the hip department. (Brian, on the other hand, is probably out shopping for a giant-screen TV!) I say that she's a living illustration of the principle that sometimes less is more. At least we still have tidy little Torres to prove the case. Ummm, Klingon... Neelix should have paid attention to her other half and had chocolate layer cake as a backup to Blood Pie. And good old Tom Paris - always on the make! What a guy. Gorno • j********o@***.com 05/10/1997 00:00:000 UTC Starting with the Voyager where Chakotay gets involved in a guerilla war: ok episode... those aliens sure looked liked Norsicans... Then the more recent one with the holographic alien guy. A neat point is that Torres says that that's only three days after the "lost in space" episode, so even if the intervening episode was misplaced, it's still two adventures (one TV week) in four days! I always assume a compression of "game time" into TV seasons, but here we have a decompression! Most cool. OK, Foto-Novelas, basically a PBS series of four "good Twilight Zone episodes" with hispanic elements. The first, shown last Wednesday, was a variation on "Flowers for Algernon" starring Roxann Dawson (fka Roxanna Biggs-Dawson, "Torres" on Voyager) as a scientist. Here she had nice short hair and looked like Michelle Forbes in "Swimming with Sharks," or her Outer Limits role. Oo-la-la! She makes my latin genes homesick. Gorno Don't mess with me - I'm on steroids! Whee... I'm flying!
