  The Warlord (fka The Osiris Chronicles)

     A year or two ago, TV Guide featured a preview of an upcoming SciFi
     series

     called "The Osiris Chronicles" starring our old friend John "Chris 'In
     The

     Morning' Stevens" Corbett. Then came "Touched by an Alien." Now, the
     pilot

     movie, the apparent corpus of the lost series, has floated to the
     surface in

     the form of "The Warlord," showing this week on UPN. The ancient preview

     sounded kind of cool, although the aliens looked goofy.

         It wasn't bad. A little goofy and generic, but good-spirited. I
         liked the

         conscious emulation of Star Trek in a collapsed Federation, and the
         Warlord

         himself.
