ALT.SF4M website alterations • Beatnik 30/12/1998 00:00:000 UTC Hey guys... I changed the facade on the front page of the sf4m website. Let me know what you think. But: "To do one must first imagine" is too hard to read (at least when using Internet Explorer). The letters don't stand out enough. Everybody loves that really cool animated GIF of the starship & sun -- if I were you I'd put it somewhere more prominent than buring it at the bottom of the right hand column (Maybe the top of the right hand column would be better). Keep up the good work & Happy New Year! --Doc • p*******x@****.com 31/12/1998 00:00:000 UTC While muttering something about 'website alterations' j*****s@**.net was heard to remark: >Hey guys... Still very graphics and frames heavy, nor is it particularly lynx-friendly (remembering that we have at least 2 Forum alums who are visually impaired or blind, a working text-only version would be a Good Thing). And I'd like to see the spaceship-and-sun more prominently displayed (but not the animated one ;) ). -- 73 de Dave Weingart KA2ESK "Keep an eye on me, I shimmer on horizons" mailto:p*******x@****.com -- Throwing Muses, "Shimmer" http://www.liii.com/~phydeaux • Stargazer 04/01/1999 00:00:000 UTC >Still very graphics and frames heavy, nor is it particularly lynx-friendly >(remembering that we have at least 2 Forum alums who are visually impaired >or blind, a working text-only version would be a Good Thing). >And I'd like to see the spaceship-and-sun more prominently displayed >(but not the animated one ;) ).
