Also known more simply as Public Relations, They are in charge of advertising the forum on social media platforms (someone outta find the prankster that added "Head of" to the Activity Coordinator and Public Relations positions). The date when the position was created and who exactly the first Public Relations was has been lost to the sands of time, may it one day resurface before aliens wipe us out.
