Tunneling

Rumor has it - that under the ESS building there were the desiccated remains of a mouse. Such remains might have been nicknamed "Arnie Sac-mouse-em" after the character in 'Journey to the Center of the Earth' by HG Wells. There might have been the letters "A.S." and an arrow pointing toward the location of a desiccated mouse throughout the steam tunnels under Stony Brook.
